چکیده
Data from the literature on the time of diagnosis vary considerably.A pediatric IBD study in Germany found that the average time for CD diagnosis was 5 months (2-10 months), for the UC was 3 months (1-6 months) and CND was 4 months (2-11 months) and the growth deficit was the most common sign in cases with late diagnosis [3].Compared to this study, the time interval between the onset of symptoms and the diagnosis was 4 and 2 months in a recent French study (EPIMAD) [4], 5 and 4 months in Noroega [5], 10 and 6 months in Italy [6] respectively for DC and UC.
